Who we are

Vivid Signals is a managed SEO service operated by Vivid Beginnings, a UK business. Our registered contact address is available on request. You can reach us at hello@vividsignals.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you submit the free audit form, we collect your website address and, if you provide it, your email address. We use this information solely to prepare and send your audit. We do not collect any other personal data through the form, and we do not ask for payment details or sensitive information at that stage. We also store a shortened cryptographic hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse; it cannot be reversed into the address itself.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site: which pages they visit, how long they stay, and where they arrive from. Google Analytics collects IP-based location data and browser information. We do not use this data to build advertising audiences or to identify individuals.

Where your data is stored

Audit requests are stored in Supabase, a cloud database service with infrastructure in the EU. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, with edge locations globally. Both providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. When a new audit request is submitted, we send an internal alert to our team via Telegram containing only the website address submitted, nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing emails unless you have specifically asked for them. We do not share your information beyond the service providers named above.

How long we keep your data

We keep audit requests for as long as they are relevant to your enquiry or any ongoing work. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly. Email your request to hello@vividsignals.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@vividsignals.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cookie walls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to function normally if you do.
