Terms of service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

The service

Vivid Signals provides managed SEO for UK businesses. The service includes content production, technical SEO, indexing verification, and reporting via a client dashboard showing live rankings, traffic and sales data. The exact scope is confirmed at the point of engagement, following your free audit.

Engagement and billing

Engagements run month to month with no minimum term. Either side may end the arrangement by giving notice before the end of the current billing month. We will complete any work already in progress for that month.

Pricing

Pricing is quoted per site after the free audit. The price you are quoted is the price you are charged. We do not add fees mid-engagement without your agreement. If your requirements change substantially, we will requote before proceeding.

What we need from you

To carry out the work, we may need access to your website, your Google Search Console account, and your analytics. You agree to provide this access where it is relevant and within your control. We treat all access credentials with care and do not share them beyond the people working on your account.

Results

We report real data: rankings, traffic and sales as recorded by third-party tools. Search rankings are determined by Google and other search engines, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific position or a specific volume of traffic. What we do guarantee is that the work we deliver will be of professional quality, accurately reported, and aimed at improving your visibility over time.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the three months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
